The shipment of your material

The shipping costs for orders placed on the e-shop www.silingardioutlet.com change depending on the whight and area, as shown in the table on the purchase guide.

For customers who want to use the shipping service outside in the Italian territory, please request information via e-mail or WhatsApp, to service a personalized quote as soon as possible for each order.

The accepted orders will be shipped and delivered by courier by the seller.
The delivery is expected withim 72/96 hours from the verification of payment made by the Customer.
The seller has the right to preempt or pospone the delivery of all or part of the goods, without this constituting, in favor of the Buyer, the right to request the total or partial termination of the sale.

The conditions of the national and international transport service refer only to shipments destined to be accessible to the means necessary (trucks or articulated lorries) to carry out the delivery in a single time.

If the delivery is organized by the customer to the seller, it si required to specify at the time of the order, if the destination is easy to access to trucks and articulated lorries.

Otherwise, it reserves the right to not make the delivery.

The unloading of the goods, with tail lift and pallet truck, takes place only if requested in advance at the time of the oerder with a possible extra charge. 

The unloading can only take place on horizontal surfaces and with a bottom that allows the pallet truck tu slide.

The maximum weight allowed for unloading with tail lift is, 1.000 kg per single pallet, except for narrowor sloping roads, historic centers, refuges and mountain huts or areas with no access to vehicles with a maxomum weight than 35 quintals.

Deliveries to individuals and shops can only be made at street level, facing the house number, only if they can be reached and under the conditions of access and unloading indicated above.

The following services are not provided for deliveries:

• Unloading inside a courtyard

• Unloading and/or transport to a garage

• Hand unloading

• Porterage to unload or bring the goods inside

For failure to unload after 5 days without new instructions, the shipment can be returned to the sender at his expense.

In the event that the request to extend storage beyond 5 days, arrives expressly from the recipient, the cost of the storage alone will be agreed between the consignee and the delivery correspondent, provided that the same has the necessary space to keep the goods in storage for the days requested by the consignee.

The seller, before delivery, will be able to inform of additional costs for transport in the event that there are conditions such as: ZTL, narrow alleys, refuges, huts, which do not allow the delivery of the goods by standard means.
